The cleaning repair and restoration process we scribe to is done in this way. One of our highly skilled goldsmiths will remove your gemstone. Then it will go to a very gifted Lapidary, to start the repair process. The process startes with a removeing of the build up of years of use on the pavillian.

with 100000 diamond opitcal grade polish. Once complete we move on the the girdle facets and use 100000 thousand diamond opitcal grade polish to repolish your stone

Once complete our lapidary will move on to the crown facets. There the cutter will start to repair and remove all chip and abrading from years of use, Then reinstall the facets as they once were. Once complete we move on to the table.

In this process we can recut or repair 'polish'as needed with 100000 diamond opitcal grade polish once complete we send your restored stone to our goldsmith and reinstall it after repointing your mount to receve your stone. This is what we belive to be a supiror cleaning repair and restoration. We do not subcribe to the use of a ultra sonic cleaner as they can damage a stone and not repair the chiping and abrading.
