How to Order
Shipping charges can be highly variable depending on bulk, weight, destination, insurance
and other factors so I determine them on a per order basis. There is no minimum order.
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the deliver of any item.
Koala-t Cut Gems sells only natural gemstones; no synthetic, or 'lab grown' materials are used, except in gold mounts (where a synthetic name is given). Natural gemstones are commonly 'enhanced' by using heat, radiation, or chemical treatments to improve color and/or durability of the stone. Koala-t Cut Gems will supply non-enhanced materials upon request.

In House Repairs
We offer in house gemstone and inlay, inlaid gemstone repairs. We service chiped, abraided and drilled gems. Our rate is offered on a first come first served and hourly bases. Our rates are $120.00 a hour. Repairs can be safely figured to be in between 1 to 3 hour Our service time is 4 to 6 weeks. if you are a retail jeweler please call for quoites 520-887-7299

Your satisfaction is guaranteed with all purchases from Koala-t Cut Gems. You may return any item, unaltered in any way, which contains defects in manufacture, or damage, within 10 days of receipt for exchange with a like item. There is no substitute for a first hand inspection with rough, stones and other one-of-a-kind items. Altered rough may not be returned - if you cut or polish on a piece, it's yours.
Accurate representation and description of rough as to appearance, size,
origin and full disclosure of any known treatments are in its description.
Your view of the images are on a different monitor with different settings,
color is particularly difficult to accurately represent.
There is NO warrantee expressed or implied on any customer supplied stone or material.
Koala-T Cut Gems offers NO memo service. All orders are paid in full at the time of the sale. NO exceptions.
